Problem: Sales’ mean was higher than the median.
Solution: Summarized the data and used “quartile.exc” function to identify outliers.

Problem: Not all data was useable.
Solution: Identified inconsistent or incomplete data using pivot tables and remove any entries that might affect results.

Nintendo and Sony have been the top publishers over the last 35 years.

North American sales have been declining over the last 4 years.

The FIFA Soccer video game is the main contributor to the increase in sales in Europe.

In Japan, the most popular genre of video games is role-playing.
In contrast, in the rest of the world, action is the most popular genre.
